Questions

The things parents ask us.

Maswali yanayoulizwa mara kwa mara. If your question is not here, the school office can answer it, or ask us and we will add it.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You only need your child's candidate number and access code. There is nothing to sign up for.

Where do I get the access code?

It is printed on the report card under 'Parent code'. It is also sent by SMS when the school sends results. If you do not have one, ask the school office.

Why can I not see my child's class?

The school must first create the classes for the academic year and register the students. If a class is missing, tell the school office.

It says 'No published results yet'

Results appear only after the school has finished marking and published them. Ask the school when the results for that term will be published.

Can I see the results on my phone?

Yes. The site works on any phone, tablet or computer. Nothing needs to be installed.

Does it cost anything?

No. The school pays for the service and parents use it free of charge.

Can anybody else see my child's results?

No. Results are private to the family. They need the private access code, and the school can change the code if it is ever lost or shared by mistake.

How do I get a clearance certificate?

Ask the class coordinator at the school. The certificate is signed by every class teacher and is downloaded by the school once it is complete.

Still stuck?

The school office can print a new access code for you, and can tell you when the results for the term will be published.
